  • Receive money from your customers by sending a prefilled Money Request in a text or instant message, e-mail or by creating a QR code.
  • For your customers – no cash or payment card is needed, only a smartphone.
  • Available on Android and iOS devices, in the latest version of the Swedbank mobile app.

  1. Log in to Swedbank mobile app and choose business profile.
  2. After selecting “Transfers” section:

    • For Android users: click on icon.
    • For iOS users: select “Money request”.
  3. Choose the current account to which you would like to receive money.
  4. Note! Account used for the first Money Request, further will be used as fee debiting account.

  5. Fill in the requested amount and payment details.
  6. Choose to create money request by a link or QR code.
  7. Select how to send the Money Request (via text message, e-mail, Messenger or otherwise) or simply request payment by showing a QR code to the customer.
  8. Your customers can make the payment by simply opening the link or by scanning QR code.
  • Money Request can be generated by Business Internet Banking users having at least Information profile.
  • Up to 50 requests can be generated per day, per user.
  • EUR 200 is the maximum amount per unique Money Request.
  • Each unique Money Request can be opened by payers up to 100 times.
  • EUR 600 is the maximum sum limit for payments made on a unique Money Request.For example, when asking for EUR 200 in Money Request, this request can be paid up to three times before reaching the EUR 600 limit. On the other hand, if Money Request is created for EUR 3, this request can be paid up to 100 times by different payers. As soon as one of the limits is reached – either EUR 600 or 100 openings – the Money Request can no longer be used to collect payments.
  • Money Request link or QR code is valid for 30 days.

Note! Send Money Request responsibly only to those customers who expect to receive a payment link for goods or services purchased from you.

The fee is charged for each successful incoming transaction and is debited once a month for the previous month from the account from which the first money request was initiated.

The fee for successfully paid transactions is debited from the account (from which the money request was first made) automatically, once a month – for the previous month.
